Enchanted “Dream” Concert to be given by renowned ‘cellist Thirzah Bendokas

“More beautiful than the human voice!” is the way Karen Lidman of Heritage Village describes the music at the upcoming cello concert by renowned Connecticut ‘cellist Thirzah Bendokas.

The unusual cello concert will include a varied program that will appeal to all musical tastes. Included in the program will be selections from Ms. Bendokas’ premiere CD: “Amazing Grace”, William Squire’s “Tarantella” and a special Disney tribute! As an added treat, special guest artists, including a pianist, harpist, guitarist, and violinist will enhance the cello with sounds that are sure to inspire.

The concert will be held on Sunday, August 10, at 3:00 pm at the Historic town Hall, 110 River Street in Milford. Admission is $12.00. Children 14 and under are free.
