Andrew Rally seems to have it all: a hit television series; a rich, beautiful girlfriend; the perfect New York apartment; and the chance to play Hamlet in Central Park. But Andrew’s series has been canceled; his girlfriend is clinging to her virginity; and he has no desire to play Hamlet. A séance summons the ghost of the legendary John Barrymore, who presses Andrew to accept the part and fulfill his actor’s destiny. When Andrew’s deal-making friend from LA arrives, he offers Andrew a fabulous new TV deal. Andrew wrestles with his conscience, Barrymore, his sword, and Hamlet in Central Park.
