 The Stowe Farm Steering Committee has submitted for review, consideration and comment a study and proposal for the creation of an Arts Center at the Stowe Farm property in Walnut Beach. Several years of study, research, discussion and planning have gone into this effort yet this report is only a conceptual plan. It shares with you, the public, the process followed and the resulting consensus of the Committee for the use of this extraordinary property. Input from the public on the concept and purpose of this facility is encouraged and welcomed. Public forums are being scheduled for discussion purposes. Comments in writing are also welcome and should be directed to the Community Development Department via email or regular mail. Copies of the report are available electronically through the City of Milford website www.ci.milford.ct.us at the Community Development Department link.
